CATHERINE KAMAU WACHIRA
LLB, CPS, MCIArb

 An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of good standing, with vast experience in the legal profession and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In addition, she is a Certified Secretary and Commissioner for Oaths. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Social Legal Sciences degree as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree. She holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Catherine has over twenty years pre and post admission to the bar experience in a wide range of matters ranging from commercial and corporate finance and law including mergers and acquisitions, loans and securities and lease financing; conveyancing and property law; industrial disputes; insurance claims including claims under The Work Injury Benefits Act; civil litigation and debt collection; family law including disputes relating to succession of property. Over the Years she has represented clients with a variety of interests ranging from multi-national companies, private and public sector commercial enterprises, parastatals and non-governmental organizations. As a Company Secretary, she represents a wide range of clients from business start-ups to busy ongoing concerns.
